The Galletly Practice is a modern, efficient GP practice. The phone consultation/booking system is easy to use and I find it much more convenient than always having to attend the surgery for simple and straightforward consultations. If a visit is needed then it is easily arranged at the time of the telephone consultation.
It is difficult to easily see where there could be any significant improvements, although perhaps for some a weekend surgery/telephone consultation could be a benefit.

The service and care shown by all the staff is exemplary. The family have always received first class consideration and care with follow up appointments at either Peterborough or Stamford Hospitals, which have been arranged exceedingly quickly and, again, we have always received excellent treatment. The doctors and nurses are truly helpful and show empathy when it is most needed.
My husband is registered partially sighted and the care received amazing!
We cannot speak too highly of the service received from the Galletly Practice in Bourne, Lincs

This new system of a doctor ringing you before an appointment is made.....??? Fantastic! One can only guess how many appointments can be dealt with and probably avoided in the case of 'silly calls' by a 2 minute phone call. Best illustrated by the very often same/next day appointment. Best practice I've ever been registered with, I've seen 4/5 doctors and 4/5 nurses now, and every one of them has been polite, professional, friendly, patient, and made sure I left knowing exactly what was what.

Fantastic surgery and staff. Always pleasant and helpful. Clinicians keep me informed.
Only criticism is that as I live only a few yards away I cannot collect my prescription from the surgery which is most inconvenient and odd.
